The founders of the company, Molly Conroy and Joshua Townsend are directly responsible for the day-to-day functions of TEME and its affiliates.

Ms. Conroy comes from a strong business background, with a BA in Business Administration and Management, and with more than 10 years running a successful estate liquidation company in the U.S. She also has extensive experience brokering fine art and antiques internationally. Conroy holds a deep passion for vocal performance and musical theater, performing and directing in 30+ shows over the last 15 years.

 

Mr. Townsend boasts an incredible, internationally recognized musical background, specializing in musical arrangements, composing, producing, keyboard and vocals as well as mentoring and training talents both individually and in a group setting. His talents and high standards for his craft have been displayed and requested worldwide over the years. His deep root in, and love for, Jamaica have enabled Townsend to develop an incredible network of only the finest musicians, singers, dancers, and other members of the entertainment industry.
